Due to the currently unclear health situation regarding the SARS-CoV-2 virus, so called “Corona virus”, the Frankfurt Football Club e.V. is immediately suspending all trainings and club functions until April 19th 2020.
We thereby follow a recommendation of the AFL Germany as well as the “Third Ordinance for Combating the Corona Virus” of 14 March 2020 issued by the Hessian State Government:
Ҥ1 (1) In order to prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, public and non-public events are prohibited from an actual or expected number of 100 participants.
§2 The Regulation enters into force with immediate effect. It shall expire on April 19, 2020.”
In consultation with the Executive Committee of AFL Germany, all league games for men and women scheduled in April 2020 will also be cancelled. A next update concerning the 2020 season is expected by mid April 2020.
