We offer trainings for both teams, the Redbacks and the Redcats on a weekly basis. New players are always welcome – regardless of experience!

every Tuesday
Women: 6.30-7.45pm
Men: 8.00-9.30pm
Indoor training – runners / indoor shoes needed!
(no indoor training during public or school holidays)

Summer training

April – September

every Tuesday and Thursday
6.30-8.30pm
